Using 7-segment LEDs, a 3-digit counter advances by a random amount every minute or so and then rolls back to the $10 million minimum Powerball prize when someone wins. The catwalk is illuminated by 4 white LEDs. The billboard image itself is from an actual Powerball roadside billboard. The structure was scratch-built with Plastruct strips and rods. Power is from a wall adapter.
