My ogauge train layout I am starting again is 20 ft. long. Problem my turnouts about 4 or more are about 20 ft away from the lever too operate the turnouts. Now how do I extend the wireing? Thank you, Sonny

You could just purchase some extra wire, strip the ends, and twist them together with the wires from the switch. Run the extended wires back to your power source.

The better way to do it is to connect the extended wires by soldering, but it's not necessary.

John's response is good for the limited information you gave, so here goes for some more info. What kind / brand of switches, what control system conventional, dcs, tmcc, etc,. The more info you give the better the answers MIGHT be! Russ
